The start of Julian Polak’s diamond lineage extends back to Poland, where the legacy took root before flourishing in the prestigious diamond hubs of Amsterdam and Antwerp.

EXPERIENCE

With over a decade of experience in the diamond industry, his craft is backed with a certification as a GIA Graduate Gemologist, gem grading at IGI, along with diamond cutting and bench work on 47th Street in the heart of the Diamond District. His distinctive style was cultivated during his 6 years at De Grisogono, a major avant garde Swiss atelier.

MAISON SPOILED IS BORN

In 2020 Maison Spoiled was manifested during the pandemic and quickly became a high society and celebrity treasured secret. Custom haute joaillerie pieces were crafted for his exclusive circle of clients & friends.

Maison Spoiled buys stones adhering in the Kimberley Process from rough to polished, preventing the flow of conflict diamonds, while helping to protect legitimate trade in rough diamonds.

In 2021 Maison Spoiled makes its Met Gala debut on the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, worn by top model Jasmine Tookes.

Born amidst the vibrant energy of New York City, Julian Polak is 5th generation diamantaire with a remarkable heritage that spaned the globe. Growing up surrounded by generations of experts in the natural diamond industry, he embraced the craft early on and perfected the techniques from the masters.

INSPIRATION

From an early age Julian knew that he wanted to craft his own path, with a desire to capture the ephemeral into works of art that adorn the body. Drawing inspiration from the inherent beauty of natural diamonds, gems, and the spirit of the individuals that wear them, he wanted to create his own distinctive style to embody his vision of modern elegance.
