Shipping and Returns

Enjoy complimentary shipping and returns on all orders.

Shipping Times and Rates

For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

    • Standard Ground Shipping: $0
      Available on all orders under $1,000. Please allow 3-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
    • Express Shipping with signature on delivery: $0
      Available on all orders above $1,000. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your items. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
    • Next-day delivery: $20 (Complimentary on orders above $3,000)
      Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00PM EST will be delivered the following day. Orders placed on Saturday before 1:00PM EST will be delivered on Monday. Sunday and holiday delivery are not available.

    NYC Scheduled Delivery (Signature Required)

    Your Maison Spoiled order will be delivered during a one-hour delivery slot of your choice. Scheduled Delivery is available to select NYC zip codes: to verify if your address is eligible for Scheduled Delivery, enter your zip code on the shopping bag or at checkout and book your delivery slot on a day and time convenient to you.

    • Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday through Saturday will be available for delivery on the same day.
    • Orders placed after 1:00PM EST Monday through Sunday will be available for delivery on the following day. 
    • Holiday delivery is not available
    • Complimentary on all orders above $500
    • $20 on all orders below $500

    Please note that all orders above $1,000 require a signature.

    More Information on Complimentary Shipping:

    • Sales tax & engraving fees do not count toward the total amount.
    • Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. website for domestic delivery.
    • In-store pickup is available at Maison Spoiled showroom (provide address)

    We accept online orders shipping domestically with the United States and internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Maison Spoiled does not ship orders to post office boxes. Maison Spoiled is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

    Return Policy

    What products are eligible for returns?

    Products are accepted for store credit or exchange in the U.S. within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with the sales receipt. Exclusions apply, please note:

    • Merchandise under $75,000 will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
    • Merchandise $75,000 or more will be eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for purchases above $75,000.
    • Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund. Including jewelry boxes and pouches.
    • Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Refunds and exchanges are only eligible within the original country of purchase.
    • Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.

    How do I return an online purchase?

    Maison Spoiled offers complimentary shipping for eligible returns, you may do so through any of the following:

    • Contact us at info@maisonspoiled.com and one of our client advisors will assist you.
    • You may also return your item at any of our Maison Spoiled showroom in New York City. Please bring your original form of payment and sales receipt.

    What will my refund or exchange look like?

    For online/phone/in-store purchases: Maison Spoiled product returns only are accepted for store credit or exchange in the U.S. within 30 days of purchase. Gift recipients are only entitled to an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit redeemable only on www.maisonspoiled.com or at the Maison Spoiled showroom, or through our client advisors.
